Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
A failure of multiple body systems, all related.
What We Do
State of California Law allows you to walk in and get Physical Therapy when you need it. Some insurances recognize this as cost-saving; others still want a medical referral. Simply call your primary care provider and tell them you want to get physical therapy. Where you go for physical therapy is 100% your choice. That’s the law! You get to choose your Physical Therapist!

Trigger Point Therapy
This is one of many hands-on treatments we can do for your body.

Pelvic Exercises
The pelvic area is influenced by the rest of the body, so we prescribe many different movement re-ed strategies.

Electrical Stimulation
E-stim is one of several modalities we use in physical therapy to help you. You can try them all.

Biofeedback Therapy
This is a nifty way to observe how your body learns and help it reclaim the best possible pattern of moving.

Simply Results PT delivers expert care through the utilization of evidence-based treatment methods. We work from head to toe and everywhere between, at every age and stage of life.

What's the root cause?
With each new patient, we dig to find the root cause of the issue. We learn what your body has to offer and what it needs to heal. We soothe, we work, we feel change. We create better moves and your brain connects with it.

How can we fix it?
Once we have determined what your new best moves are, we guide you with each visit. You feel the energy. Your brain begins to use your best moves naturally. You notice when it doesn’t. You advance to the next phase of healing.

What's the long-term outcome?
Your brain never forgets your best moves. You begin to move freely, with more power. Your body feels strong again. Things may happen here and there, but we are here to help you refresh. You don’t fall apart. You are resilient.
